Whoever dreams that it is the Day of Arafat, and they have someone absent, that person will return joyfully. If they are in conflict with someone, reconciliation will follow. Arafat in a dream may symbolize pilgrimage (Hajj), Friday, or even a marketplace and profitable trade.

Whoever dreams of standing on Arafat may experience a shift—either from a higher to a lower status or vice versa. The dream could also indicate parting from something beloved, such as a wife or a good home, or being overcome by an enemy. However, if such things have already occurred, the dream foretells gaining honor, reuniting with a loved one, or overcoming the enemy.

If the dreamer is a sinner, this dream points to sincere repentance that will be accepted. If the person holds a hidden secret, it will be revealed. Standing on Arafat may also signify meeting a cherished person from whom one has been separated.

Whoever dreams of standing on Arafat at night, before dawn, will achieve their desires and fulfill their needs. But one who dreams of arriving after dawn will not attain what they hoped for.
